Class of 1990, get your weekend off on the right foot with a 45-minute spin class at fLEX Fitness Studio at 7:30 am on Friday, May 2. Instructor Dave Walsh leads a mid-intensity ride set to ‘80s music that will take us back to our days as W&L students.
